· If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" along with your order number in the title field. We will respond within 24 hours with your return authorization. Depending on the item and reason for return the item will be handled as an exchange, store credit, or refund, minus shipping costs. Then you canreturn the item in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it (meaning it cant be worn, soiled or damaged). Please include a copy of your receipt, along with your return authorization email. We cannot accept return of any items that do not include a copy of your receipt.
· Please note that your item must be sent back promptly so that it is received by us within 14 days from the day you received your item to be eligible for a refund. Packages received after 14 days and in sellable condition will be handled as a store credit or exchange, no exceptions. Items returned that are not in re-sellable condition, will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you.
o Helpful Hint: We cannot be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post office so when Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be traceable, and will serve as evidence of mailing.
· Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your credit/exchange/refund to be processed.
· All clearance/sale item purchases are final (no refunds, credits or exchanges).
· We do not consider refused or undeliverable packages as legitimate returns. If a shipment is refused / undeliverable / return to sender, that order will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit in the amount of what the current price of the item is. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. Please follow the return policy stated above in order to receive the full credit for your purchase.
